So you are going to be building 4 or 5 or more sites. You need to get organised in terms of passwords, affiliate links, linking sites, tools used, articles written, articles edited etc.
The best way is to set up a spreadsheet, Ive valled mine "Directory of sites" and I have a tab for each site. Each site has the following information on it:

You will see I have hot linked most sites - so it is easy to get to the article sites or the directories etc |
